Complimentary Shipping
Every ARNEUX order ships free. No minimums, no codes, no exceptions. Shipping is included in the price of every product because we believe the experience should feel considered from the moment you place your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and fulfilled from our dedicated facility in the United States. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your package ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.
International Shipping
ARNEUX ships internationally. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. ARNEUX has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking information to update.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect every item during transit while reflecting the care we put into everything we make.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at care@arneux.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
ARNEUX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the recipient.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping estimates.
