Refund policy

Arneux includes complimentary shipping on every order. Because our products are personal care items, we do not offer returns for change of mind. We do, however, stand behind everything we ship.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging unless we instruct otherwise. Please include your order number when you reach out.

Contact us at care@arneux.com to start the process. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products, opened or used items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved under the conditions above, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact care@arneux.com to initiate your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
